Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Processing times are separate from shipping/transit times.

Shipping & Estimated Delivery

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated transit time is typically 5–11 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

We offer Free Tracked Shipping on qualifying orders. Any additional shipping options and their applicable costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, it will be provided using the contact information associated with your order. Please allow some time after shipment for tracking information to update within the carrier's system.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped.

RideWitness is not responsible for orders delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or appears to be missing, please contact us with your order number and any relevant photos or documentation so we can investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and with the shipping carrier. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.

International Orders

International orders, where available, may be subject to additional customs processing, duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, customers are responsible for applicable import charges.
